Every Friday we have at least one selection that is 100% Gluten-Free. We do not have a dedicated fryer so we bake our Gluten-Free item. These are no gluten added items. You can expect to find either doughnuts, muffins, or quiches. Please note that we are NOT a gluten free environment and considering the severity of any allergy, please know that we have flour in the air.
Every week we will make vegan doughnuts and other vegan items. Please note that we do not have a separate fryer so if you are vegan for allergy reasons, there may be a chance of cross contamination. This contamination would be due to egg and whey, as we use milk replacer instead of milk in our doughnuts.

Individual portion quiche which has been dubbed "the best quiche ever!" Typical ingredients include savory items such as Bacon, mixed cheeses, shallots, chives, and mushrooms. Great for on the go or individual servings for business meetings, office parties, or even that weekend gathering when you don't want to cook.
